We talked a lot about the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Here are the 17 goals. Browse the SDG score and the Spillover score. It’s so fun to see what is being measured and how we can nudge our leaders to do better.

Monika’s Tips

  • Look at what you throw away the most and start to replace that with sustainable options

  • Easy swaps: silicone baking mats, menstrual cups or period panties, bees wrap instead of foil

  • Find joy. If you want to stop eating cheese, you won’t be addicted after 3-4 weeks and you’ll find replacements that bring you joy.

Is Monika optimistic?

Yes, from the technological point of view.

But our rituals and traditions need to be updated to focus on the future and create a world that is more equal and just for everyone.
