Listen now
Employees now want to work at companies that are making these changes or doing these things in the same way that a consumer would look… employees are now choosing one company over another because of different sustainability metrics and initiatives. Companies are losing talent because employees are choosing this.

Eliza’s Tips
Wash and reuse your plastic sandwich bags
At work, make a proposal to show what your company should be doing, how to do it, how much money will be saved, and employees who are becoming disengaged by this. Make a plan! (And connect with Eliza if you need help with that)
Freeze compost waste to keep the smell low
Is Eliza optimistic?
Yes. We have to choose optimism because we need everybody to feel that way in order to make changes. If you feel pessimistic, google “companies working on carbon sequestering” to see some cool innovations.
